Under her leadership, AWBC has grown to a team of four full-time staff and has distributed more than $2 million in sub-grants to Women’s Business Centers, directly supporting local innovation, capacity building, and service delivery. She has built a strong foundation of volunteer leadership, including a committed Board of Directors and active member-led committees focused on advocacy, membership, and fundraising.
A passionate advocate for women entrepreneurs, Goble played a key role in securing the passage of the Women’s Business Center Improvement Act of 2023, which modernized and strengthened the SBA’s WBC program—ensuring centers have the resources and structure they need to serve today’s entrepreneurs effectively.
In addition to her work with AWBC, she serves on a variety of collaborative initiatives that support small businesses in procurement, digital skills, access to capital, and international trade. She is a Founding Member of the USMCA Small and Medium Enterprise Counselor Network, a trilateral effort among Mexico, Canada, and the United States to help small businesses succeed through exports.
Goble’s leadership has earned her national recognition, including being named one of the 2025 100 Women to KNOW and one of The Most Influential Women to Watch in America by Enterprise World.
Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, she studied abroad in Spain and earned her BA in International Studies from the University of Evansville in Indiana, later attending graduate school at The George Washington University. She continues to pursue lifelong learning, including completing a Business Spanish Certificate from the University of Wisconsin. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking the Badlands of North Dakota, running along the C&O Canal in D.C. and Maryland, paddleboarding on sunny afternoons, and raising her two children, Reid and Adaliz, in Louisville, Kentucky to be entrepreneurs one day, too.
Jackie Perrault

As the Senior Director of Member and Community Engagement for AWBC, Jackie is responsible for developing and evaluating engagement initiatives for AWBC membership, supporting AWBC programs designed to maximize recruitment and retention, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging for growth and development.
Prior to joining AWBC, Jackie was the Director of the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center and a member of the AWBC Board of Directors. Under Jackie’s leadership, the JWBC was recognized for five awards by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Jackie is a recipient of the Outstanding Student in Public Relations award from the University of North Florida where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She gives back to her alma mater through the Taylor Leadership Institute by mentoring UNF students who need guidance before graduation.
Madison Holmes

Madison is the Director of Marketing & Communications at the Association of Women’s Business Centers, where she develops and leads strategies to amplify the organization’s mission, strengthen its brand, and connect with small business owners and partner organizations.
She oversees digital marketing, content creation, and storytelling initiatives that showcase programs, highlight partnerships, and promote the impact of the Women’s Business Center network.
With more than three years of experience running her own small business and supporting women-owned enterprises in growing their brands, Madison brings hands-on expertise and a creative, results-driven approach to her work. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a master’s degree in Digital Marketing from Western Governors University.
