Tiffany Jones-Lewis is a visionary fashion designer and entrepreneur specializing in tall women’s fashion. Born in Memphis, TN, she discovered her passion for fashion at age 14 when her mother gifted her a sewing machine. Standing 6'1", Tiffany personally experienced the frustration of finding stylish, well-fitting clothing for tall women, which ignited her mission to design for those often overlooked by the fashion industry.  

She founded TJL Collection in 2019, offering everyday wear—including pants, suits, floor-length dresses, and jumpsuits—designed exclusively for women 5’9” and taller. The brand’s name honors the two most influential men in her life: her father (Jones) and husband (Lewis), who encouraged her to pursue her dreams.  

Before launching her brand, Tiffany served in the military, gaining discipline and leadership skills that would later shape her business. She earned a business degree from the University of Memphis in 2016, a degree in Fashion Technology in 2021, and a master’s in Leadership in 2023. Her diverse background blends military precision, business acumen, and fashion expertise, setting her apart as a leader in the industry.  

Beyond fashion, Tiffany is passionate about empowering women and youth. She has produced over 10 fashion shows, organized numerous networking events, and hosts an annual Tall Girl Meet-Up to bring tall women and brands together. She believes that confidence starts from within and that fashion is more than clothing—it's a means of self-expression and empowerment.
