Pitch Deck Building and Practice

This session is designed to help business owners prepare for capital-seeking opportunities. Participants work in two groups: one for building a pitch deck (a slideshow sales presentation required for seeking investment partners or loans) and one for practicing an existing pitch. We will explore what must be included in a 10-minute pitch, how to present compelling stories and metrics, and identify what finance professionals seek. Those who practice their pitch will receive 10 minutes to present and receive necessary expert feedback.
